Multi-Layered Contractual Protection

Every participant is protected through a comprehensive contractual framework — offering both a cash return path and a hard-asset alternative, reinforced by a 2× default guarantee.

Cash Return

10% flat return on invested capital, paid at exit. Clean, predictable, and contractually guaranteed within the stated 6–9 month term. Capital is returned alongside the preferred return upon refinance, capital event, or phase sale.

Option B

Luxury Villa

In lieu of a cash return, the participant may elect to receive a luxury villa of minimum 7,000 square feet within the development. A tangible, high-value hard asset in one of the Caribbean's most coveted emerging destinations.

Default Guarantee

If the sponsor fails to pay the preferred return within the stated term, the participant receives 2× their invested capital in villa-type property within the development. This guarantee transforms downside risk into an outsized hard-asset position.

Clean Title Framework
